How Do I Proceed a Refund?

To start the return process,

Please email support@herjoyhouse.com with your order number, photos or video of the issue.

Once we confirm the item is unused, unopened, and have the original packaging seal, our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return and return address.

When the return pacakge has been received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost for return if it isn't a manufacturing issue.

I Received a Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order defective, or incorrect, please reach out at support@herjoyhouse.com within 7 days of receiving the product, with a detailed description of the issue, and photos.

Exchange

We do not recommend exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we suggest placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original one for a refund.
